We’re so happy to have you as a new patient! Our practice grows because of the trust you place in us, and we will do everything we can to make certain that trust is earned. For your first visit there are a few things you should keep in mind.
In order to streamline your visit we recommend having your medical records sent to us prior to your appointment. You’ll also want to make certain you have your insurance card with you. We work hard to keep delays to a minimum, but be prepared for a longer visit your first time. There’s paperwork that will need to be filled out prior to seeing a physician.
